I can book two more days after stayed in hotel and be arranged at the same room even I through hotels.com to booked ! Staff are bravo whoever front desk or housekeeping, seemed I am at home! You have to try this hotel when you stay in Offenburg !”

“Das Appartement war sehr sauber und vom Schnitt her ideal für uns - 2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder. Es gibt eine kleine Küchenzeile, allerdings bis auf ein paar Tassen keinerlei Geschirr - für Tee reicht es also 😄 mehr brauchten wir auch nicht. Was besonders hervorzuheben ist, war die absolute Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter. Von der Dame/dem Herren an der Rezeption über das Personal in Küche und Pizzeria bis hin zu den Reinigungskräften - allesamt wurde uns viel Freundlichkeit entgegengebracht! Und……

“I was at Freiburg for two nights visiting my friends. The hotel is easy to find and have great personnel. The receptionists are specially friendly and ready to assist. While traveling at the city, I have encountered business matter that needs a scanner and a printer. Thanks to the hotel's business corner. It allowed me to accomplish my mission (without charging me.) I really appreciated their help. The room itself is also big and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel. :)”

“Very clean apartment, plenty of space for two small families or one large family. Loved the LED lighting. Staff were very friendly; from the desk worker to the bartender. Parking was also really easy even with a seemingly busy hotel. ”
