“The condo was updated compared to the other units at this property, but the beds were not comfortable at all. We received 12 towels for 5 people for 6 days. The laundry room was out of service for our entire stay. If you choose this condo bring your own toilet paper, towels and trash bags! I’ll give the location 5 stars, but this property is old and needs to be updated. The walls are thin, and the electrical outlets are weird. The master bedroom lights would come on at 4:00 am. “The beach was wonderful! The condo was clean and had everything that we needed. Nice restaurants nearby, grocery was close and convenient. We would absolutely stay again. ”

“The condo's floor plan is a bit awkward and small, but the space is utilized efficiently and decorated beautifully. It's modern, maintained well and clean. The kitchen is complete. Thank you. The bed though is too soft for us. The complex is probably one of the oldest in the neighborhood but again is maintained well. The sunset view was awesome and we enjoyed our stay. “The property was nice and had all the things we needed for our stay. The bed was extra soft with the foam topper but we removed it and slept fine after that. The beach access is perfect and the proximity to the local restaurants is great! Highly recommend this place and we will definitely be back soon!”

“Cute little place, the girls enjoyed it. It does get a little warm upstairs plumbing in the bathtub was not great standing water when you take a shower but overall it was a cute little place and I wouldn’t mind staying again.”

“Don’t hesitate booking this condo! Everything was perfect! The Emerald Grande is the best place we have stayed at on a family vacation. You’ll love the easy beach ferry and set up at the beach. The water was beautiful! The pool was so nice too! Shopping and dining all within walking distance. And the fireworks from the balcony on Thursday nights are not to be missed! Thank you so much!”

“The thermostat needs addressing but it did work properly after maintenance looks at it. The mattress in master bedroom is very hard. However room was very nice. Ocean view was wonderful. Plenty of room in kitchen & dining room. Balchony view was excellent . To add kitchen appliances appeared new. Would stay there again just couldnt give excellent.”
