“This was our family's first trip to Destin and staying at this beautiful condo made it even more amazing! Julie was a great host and was accessible before, during, and after our stay. Check-in and out was super easy. The condo was beautifully decorated and clean. The ocean views from the condo were breathtaking! We saw dolphins almost every day and enjoyed sitting on the balcony. “We arrived in late and the check in process was ok. The attendant at the front desk seemed very irratated with questions I was asking. Arriving to the unit was easy access. Once inside the unit was fairly clean. When walking on the floors you could tell there was sand or crumbs on the floor. I went to use the broom and it was broken. Received the check in paperwork from Shannon few days upon arrival and in there it was disclosed that personal beach chairs HAD to be set up beyond the 3 rows of……

“We love our suite!! It was nice and clean and close to everything. We love being right on the beach. The hostess was so awesome they communicated with us the day we arrived to ensure we were able to access our suite without any issues. We will definitely return!!! ”

“The host is amazing, and the unit itself was wonderful. It was as equipped with everything we needed and then some! Short walk to the beach, nice pool, and the gym was great. Downside for us was the bar/restaurant downstairs and the service there. Upon going down for a drink, the server hit her vape pen then took my order, my drink was made wrong (I ordered a Paloma and they made a Mojito) and it tasted horrible. “Beach view was unobstructed from unit. Private Beach. Guests were very respectful, unit of course was very nice, comfortable and most any appliance you would need was provided. We did not go to pool; beach was just too beautiful. Enjoyed our stay by the time we got home we booked another date with this unit.”

“This is a beautifully decorated and maintained condo. It’s very clean and is the most well equipped beach condo we’ve stayed in. The ocean view is amazing. The Pelican Beach property is modern and very well maintained as well. The pools are very nice and we enjoyed the tiki bar. 10/10 for sure!”
