The short walk to the beach access was ideal, and the pool was the perfect touch for those times when we wanted a change of pace from the beach. The best part of our stay was the exceptional hospitality and customer service from Glenn. In addition to meeting us upon arrival and showing us around his house, Glenn went out of his way throughout our stay to ensure everything in the house met our expectations and that we had everything we needed to make our annual beach week vacation a memorable one. "We spent a week at Sandlot. Excellent location. The views from the decks were fabulous. The pool and hot tub was an added bonus. Plenty of space for our group. We breakfast on the west side and dinner on the east side. Our only suggestion is need better cookware. Bigger frying pans and updated cooking pots and storage bowls with lids. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Emerald Isle. "

"We just had our wedding on the point and this house was perfect! We had our entire wedding party stay with us and a few extra friends and we had plenty of space. House was clean and the views were unbeatable. 100 person wedding and the house was perfect for hosting. Can’t recommend enough "

"Rented this townhouse and spent 5 days. The beds and furniture were comfortable and the kitchen had enough equipment for us to make light meals at home. It was very nice to be able to bring our dog along with us and he enjoyed the beach as well. I was pleasantly surprised that this dog friendly rental had no sign of previous pet stays - all was clean and odor free. The only equipment that could make this rental better would be a set of beach chairs."
