“If you like to fish, boat and want direct access to the highway then this place is OK but if you care about house maintence, quality furniture and fixtures, cleanliness and road noise then think twice. This is an old property for sure as stated in the listing and the floor is squishy in many places and should be repaired. I'm not going to list all the problems we had but I've addressed them with the host and hope he follows up for the comfort of future guests. He was also responsive to our……

“We had a wonderful time staying here, the house was clean when we arrived, and had many necessities that were needed. Host was helpful and the house had lots of fun stuff to do. Will definitely stay again! ”

“We stay in a lot of rentals. This house has everything needed and more in the kitchen. The home was clean. The bird viewing in the back was fun. The neighborhood is quiet and deer grazed in the mornings. The couches and beds were comfortable. ”

“Reason being, I never saw the place. I was into 1hr 20min of my 3.5 hour drive when I got a call saying it had been double booked. And they didn't have anything to replace it with from I'm assuming property management. Had to then call 'girls group' to say I was on the way to pick the three of them up but had no idea where we were going to stay! ”

“The house was perfect for our family, each of our adult kids had their own bedroom and bathroom so no arguments. The house had great views, decks off of each room, and a great outdoor area. The beach access was an easy 5 minute walk. Would highly recommend.”
