It was a perfect location arriving back each evening to enjoy the pool and relax on the beautiful Tuscan countryside. “Our family of 17 stayed at a villa near Montespertoli. In fact the villa also was a winery and olive oil producer. Nicola was the host as well as the owner. He was available for everyone of our guest. Requests from laundry to suggestions for restaurants, to taxi services to Florence...Nicola was always available to take care of us. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue and host.”

“Our family of 5 had a fantastic stay at The House of Swallows. Everything was just as described. Chiara was super welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. The beds were really comfortable - perfect after a full day out and about. She also gave us some awesome local tips, including a biking tour that ended up being one of our favourite parts of the trip. Highly recommend!”
