“large and quiet room inside Tuscany~ we had a ground floor studio with living room and kitchen. we love it because we dun wanna move the luggage up and down the stairs and we can cook a bit. (having said that, i have to say the restuarant is outstanding~) we love the time there just sit by the swimming pool and enjoy the Tuscany scenery~ the breakfast buffet is the best among our 1.5 weeks trip in italy! the red orange juice, pineapple juice and parma ham are excellent. we extended our stay bc……

“We stayed for 4 nights with our 2 sons using this as a base to explore Tuscany including Florence, Sienna, and Pisa. It was a perfect location arriving back each evening to enjoy the pool and relax on the beautiful Tuscan countryside. “Tuscany really is as lovely as we dreamed. We found the property communication to be excellent and registration very informative. The recommendations for sights and restaurants were absolutely spot on. We were two couples and the space does work well for two couples. One bedroom had an ensuite and the second bedroom had a bathroom adjacent. The kitchen is small but functional for 2. We would suggest that the property description be updated as it is a little misleading. The kitchen supplies are……

“Our family of 17 stayed at a villa near Montespertoli. In fact the villa also was a winery and olive oil producer. Nicola was the host as well as the owner. He was available for everyone of our guest. Requests from laundry to suggestions for restaurants, to taxi services to Florence...Nicola was always available to take care of us. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue and host.”
