“We had the best time. The view is spectacular. The rooms are spacious very secure property. The property was clean and well appointed. We had a special request during our stay of a chef to cook us a real Italian meal. Our host Elena took the challenge on herself with the help of her family. The meal she cooked was the highlight of our entire vacation. She was a great host to deal with and we’d love to go back there again.”

“Amazing Property! The house was impeccably clean, with spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds. Our gracious host Nicola spoiled us with his generosity. He went beyond our expectations to ensure that our stay was perfect. He and his wife welcomed us with a delicious homemade apple cake. He drove us to the nearby town of Montespertoli to pick-up groceries and provisions. He recommended a local chef to cook for us at the villa. The meal was amazing and memorable. We will be back!”

“Our family of 17 stayed at a villa near Montespertoli. In fact the villa also was a winery and olive oil producer. Nicola was the host as well as the owner. He was available for everyone of our guest. Requests from laundry to suggestions for restaurants, to taxi services to Florence...Nicola was always available to take care of us. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue and host.”

“Owner was very helpful in recommending and arranging dinner reservations. Also gave good suggestions for places to visit in the area. A nice small town of Montespertoli just 7 min by car to get groceries or a coffee or a few small restaurants. The best dinners out were suggested by the owner usually ten minutes by car. The property is very well maintained and lovely to spend time in. Our family would stay there again. Only issue was the internet was broken but owner gave us a discount which was……

“Une magnifique propriété viticole, dans un environnement superbe en plein milieu des vignes de Chianti et des oliviers, à environ 50 mn en voiture de Florence, Pise, Sienne, qui aurait pu être synonyme de séjour parfait si nous n'avions été constamment ennuyés par différents problèmes de confort, de bruit et de maintenance. La Limonaia se trouve juste au dessous de la terrasse d'un appartement, sans aucune isolation et le moindre bruit de pas ou de mobilier déplacé est amplifié. Nous n'avons……

“Die Wohnung war im Internet nicht deutlich dargestellt. Die 140 m² sind vom Nutzen her nicht zutreffend. Das Wohnzimmer direkt unter dem heißen Dachstuhl haben wir gar nicht nutzen können, die Küche nur schnell schnell. Sie war viel zu klein, viele Utensilien fehlten, um für eine Familie zu kochen und zu essen. Die Küche war in einer Zwischenetage, die Schlafzimmer in der ersten Etage, so dass sich die ganze Fläche auf 2,5 Etagen mit vielen Treppen und Fluren verteilte. Es war fast ziemlich……

“The location is good and some staff were friendly, but I would like to say it’s an inn than a hotel, we were arranged at a weird room next to staff office and above breakfast kitchen, always noisy and one more point the room was only had a small skylight window and the cleaning status is pretty bad. Overall not recommended and definitely not worth a go.”

“Top Hotel. Frisch renoviert in einer top Lage und zu Fuß alles leichter erreichbar. Das Personal war immer hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war immer sauber und schön ausgestattet. Bei der nächsten Reise wird das Hotel wieder gebucht. Ein kleiner Tip bezüglich dem Parkplatz gerne die Garage für 10€ am Tag nutzen Viale Belfiore, 55, 50144 Firenze FI, Italien bei den umliegenden wollen die 30€ am Tag.”
