The property met my needs and is in walking distance to Moonlight beach. My interactions with the staff were positive, friendly and professional. I would recommend this property to anyone staying in Encinitas. We walked everywhere and felt very safe.

The location is great- close to restaurants and the beach. But truly this is a motel. Very basic- low qualities linens and towels. Drawers were dirty and full of hairs. The pool is extremely tiny and right next to the road. Breakfast is only cold items- but lots of good places to eat within walking distance. You can walk to Stone Steps beach.

This lovely little hotel is dropped right into a beautiful neighborhood in Encinitas. The hotel looks nice from the exterior. The rooms are well kept, everything in the room worked. Breakfast in the morning was very light, but useful. The staff was friendly and provided help anytime they were asked to. We will definitely stay here again.

It's hard to find a decent hotel for a good price within a few blocks from the beach, but Brisa Pacifica does this. Is it a luxury hotel? No, but it's a clean, comfy room with a mini fridge and microwave, comfy lounge chair, solid desk, decent wifi; and the funky Leucadia/old town Encinitas vibe to boot, with many restaurants within walking distance. This was my second trip there and I shall be back! Warning to smokers: Their anti-smoking policy is strongly enforced, and they will lock you out of your room if you disobey (I watched them do this), so don't even think about it!

My husband and I stay at this property frequently. The staff is very supportive and friendly and they are great about accommodating special requests whenever possible. The hotel is within close proximity to the beach and there are many great restaurants to choose from around town. We recommend this hotel to everyone who is traveling to the San Diego north county area.
