“We select this hotel for one night of stop-over before we head towards airport Paris. In this aspect, the location is good coz it takes only 2 hours to reach Paris. We didn't expect too much from the hotel but the experience is a bit below what we expect. Major reason is the paint smell in the compact room, difficult to get rid of even we opened the window for a few hours. The surrounding area is OK if you like a bit of shopping in a big supermarket, named Auchan I remember correctly.”

“Fantastic experience from start to finish. Nice touch with the front desk staff having a sign detailing what languages they spoke. Myself and my three colleagues arrived around 11pm and checked in with zero hassle. Dropped our bags off and back to the lobby bar for a refreshing beer. Great choice and price. The room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed. We chose this location due to attending the LOSC Lille football game (hotel is a few hundred metres from stadium). On our last day, we……

“Dans un hôtel 4 étoiles, la température extérieure est de 3 degrés et le climatiseur de la chambre souffle de l'air froid ? La salle n'est pas aussi chaude que l'allée ! De plus, je suis un VIP de l'hôtel, je peux évidemment surclasser la chambre, mais la réception m'a dit que je ne pouvais vivre que dans la chambre que j'avais réservée et que je ne pouvais pas surclasser. Évidemment, quand j'y suis allé, il n'y avait pas la période de pointe, il ne voulait tout simplement pas être surclassé……
