“Leyla in guest services and Alpine and Mehmet at the front desk made great efforts to adjust for a slight booking error by Expedia. Many of the staff speak english and the rest have a wonderful smile and pleasant manner - charades to communicate for a back up plan - all good. “Winter season vs summer season is a big difference in options. Winter has only 1 restaurant in the all inclusive as a buffet. The other restaurants are pay to eat if they are even open. Activities also limited in winter. Still a very beautiful place and overall staff was nice. Only hiccup was being sent to belek city center in the evening which was kind of expensive by cab, and by the time we got there everything was closed with a few exceptions and it felt a little unsafe. “We had a family suite in the new part of the hotel. The room was super clean with everything we needed for the stay. The view wasn't the best as it overlooked the front of the hotel and adjacent hotel and also the waste storage area. These bins were emptied early every morning with a big waste truck, which isn't the best wake up alarm you could hope for. But on the whole not much of a concern. The rest of the hotel was what you'd expect from an All Inclusive resort. Lots of food and drink on……
