“The toilet didn’t flush, only one hand soap in one bathroom , when asked the guy he said you are supposed to bring it with you. Would not stay there again if I had a chance. Good property , good location but very poorly managed”

“This hotel is bad. Room was clean and air conditioning worked, however we stayed there 11 days, and the room was cleaned only 2x for our entire stay. We switched rooms twice and we saw a dead cockroach in two rooms (one in the room we were suppose to move to and another in the room we stayed) The spa didn’t work, the restaurant was only open during breakfast, no other time was food available at hotel. Breakfasts was very basic, only boiled eggs and cold cuts, only hot food was French fries.……

Dadurch ging etwas Zeit mit Warten, Reklamieren und Zimmerwechsel verloren. Auch die Classic Village Zimmer haben uns nicht überzeugt, sie sind klein, dunkel und in die Jahre gekommen und entsprechen nicht dem, was wir von einem 5-Sterne-Hotel erwarten. Ein großes Dankeschön an Salih, der sich am zweiten Tag sofort……
