"We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The home was perfect for our family—beautiful, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The large dock was ideal for relaxing by the water, and the outdoor showers were a big hit with the kids (they didn’t want to shower inside after trying them!). Every amenity was thoughtfully provided, making our trip seamless and enjoyable. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway."

"The check-in process is wonderful. Everyone is, especially the waitress at the 23 North (Hilton) restaurant. She's fabulous and professional. She made us feel good. The barbecue guys are also nice and very kind to us. And most importantly, the room was very clean 💯% and the girl was very nice. I love that place. "Spectacular Views and amazing,comfortable home. We all loved everything about our stay. The house was well equipped,super clean and so comfortable. Heather was so helpful and we enjoyed many of her recommendations. We would definitely stay again. "We had great stay at Osprey. The location of the house is excellent- only a few steps away from the Tropic of Cancer beach. It’s one of the best beaches at Exuma. There is a restaurant/bar at beach entrance. They sell very good burgers. House host, Richard and Shauna are in Canada. When there was a storm and power outage they called me and told us where to find battery powered fans and charger. So helpful. Luckily the power cut only lasted a few hours. There is no washer/ dryer in the house. But the cleaning lady Dianna changed towels, bringing fresh water and helped our laundry. This house looks very new and A/C are very powerful. The furnitures are very new, too. Beds are very comfortable. We chose this house because they allow pets. It’s very hard to find a water front property allowing pets. We brought our dog with us. He loves the beach. Starlink is very good. So our teenager boy is happy. The kitchen has so many plates, cups, tools, everything we need. Also we used kayaks for exploring two islands near the beach. It was super fun. Nearby restaurants we liked Arwark Club (best conch fritters) and Tropic Breeze. Blu on the water is one of the finest restaurants on the island. All of our family enjoyed the stay. Really appreciate it. "

"The house was absolutely beautiful and on point. completely stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. the property manager was on point every time we tried to call her. she checked in with us every morning to make sure we were happy. The owners checked in with us multiple times also to make sure that we were happy. We will definitely come back to stay at this house again if they will have us. The outdoor.Living area was absolutely beautiful and we took full advantage of it."
