“We absolutely loved our stay at the Lake Cottage Oleander by the Tropic of Cancer beach! The cottage was adorable & Valerie & Pierre were amazing. The location was so quiet & peaceful, plus it was a short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean. I highly recommend staying here.”

“We had a wonderful time at Hoopers Bay Villas. The cottages are across the street from the beach and access is easy. We stayed in the Yellow Elder cottage. It had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. It is a little older and not perfect, but who cares with the low price we paid to be at a beautiful beach!? The hosts, William and Priscilla are lovely people and always available to help or answer questions. Loved they cute beach decor in the cottage. The cottages are also private.……

“Our group of 3 stayed at the Tranquility house for 5 nights. Overall, a great house close to Tropic of Cancer beach. There’s a little beach bar shack at the beach (Brea’s) that’s open starting around 11 am. We packed lunches and brought our bags to the beach each day with little trouble. The beach and water is incredible. Very quiet and a great place to relax. The house fit us perfectly. I would say 6 ppl max if you want to be comfy. Has the basics for cooking. Plenty of beach towels. Two good……

“Myself, wife, and 4 kids---ages 19-25---finally able to get to the Bahamas after too many years of school and sports commitments.But it was worth the wait.Casita Azul is comfortable and modern---great AC, water system, and internet---everything you needed was available....but we spent very little time in the house as the area and beach is amazing. Great set up.Nice kayaks, small deck down near the beach, and one of the best beaches in the world. If you like the true Bahamas, this area is for……

“This is a really great place. Super clean and comfortable. Great access to ocean. Steps to the beach. Dine outside on patio. Lots of beach accessories supplied and host super responsive. I would highly recommend getting a rental car, get a one day pass at Grand Isle resort and/or renting a boat to explore Stocking Island so that you can experience different areas of the island. We rented a boat from Exuma Boat rental, Allison and Exuma auto rental”
