House keeping acted quickly on bringing me more towels etc. The front desk staff was able to accommodate me with a non-smoking room. I had booked on Expedia and it had made the reservation for a smoking room, without giving me the option. The Casino was busy, kept clean by your staff and it was a great weekend. "
