“What a delightful stay”

“Curtins sagged, furniture scarred, AC unit plastic grill broke and could not turn off, had to unplug. All for over $100.”

“Our phone didn’t work so we couldn’t get a whole to house keeping for clean towels ”

“The location is good and we have stayed at this property several times when visiting Shreveport. Unfortunately, we will not be staying at this property anymore. The water pressure is terrible (like non-existence from the sink), the bed was uncomfortable, and the air conditioner was loud.”

“Aside from the weirdly slick and sticky floor, the zero view, and the a/c that thumped like an intruder at the door all night long: this hotel was great and the bed was unbelievably comfy. bathtub a perfect soak after a long long drive. Staff was super nice and helpful. do not uber eats from Outback, take my word on this one thing if nothing else. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat! ”

“I was ready to leave. The air conditioner didnt work. Our room stayed around 75 the whole night. I wet rags and put all over me. To top it off... the suite i booked for my family wasnt held. So my kids were down the hall from me. So on top of a hot miserable night i couldn't sleep due to worrying about my minor kids. I will never visit another one of these properties. ”

“The facilities at first appeared maintained until further inspection - The room was actually filthy as it relates to the floors (felt grimy and the stone in the bathroom areas were stained as well), the shower tub combo had broken handles and it looked as though they had been spray painted and the paint was chipping. Then there was the bedding. The bedding had stains on sheets and bedspreads and blankets. The towels did not smell good and there was hair on the new towels - Not my hair or any of……

“They let us leave our car there while we were on vacation. We actually walked on sidewalk to the hotel when we returned from the airport. Rooms are very nice with new paint and bathrooms. The breakfast is top quality and staff are friendly.”

“The check-in staff was very kind, everything else was disappointing. All towels had holes in them, the furniture was mixed matched. All the "fixed" places on the walls wete very obvious. Definitely needs to be updated.”
