"Great house near the beaches! Older home but very well kept up, and lots of character and charm. Very clean and well stocked, comfortable beds and plenty of room for eight people. We enjoyed the close location to the local beaches and quiet neighborhood. Host was quick to respond to questions and very helpful with information prior to checking in. Will for sure recommend to others, and look into staying here again when we return to the area."

"We traveled with a group that consisted of 5 different families. There was plenty of space for everyone to hang out during the day and then plenty of beds when it was time to sleep. The dining room and kitchen was great for hosting dinners. The backyard space was fantastic for the kids to hang out in and get to run around. The location of the home was convenient for the beach, outlet mall, grocery stores, and more! The owners were great to work with and very quick to respond. "
" Hotel was clean. Rooms, bedding etc were clean. Breakfast was good with many choices to pick from, the kids loved it. We stayed 4 nights with no problems. 15 minutes to beach, casino, zoo, boat rides, state park. We would definitely stay again. Yes, there are hotels etc closer to the beaches but much more expensive."

"The staff made this visit so memorable. We came for my birthday and they were so friendly and gave us ideas for places to dine and things to do for fun. I really appreciated them being so pleasant and fun. The room was comfortable and the pool was very pretty. I will be back again! "

"We walked to many restaurants, bars, and it was a good area to walk the dogs with shade in many places. Although the property cleaners had not gotten there before we checked in, Monica made it right and got a cleaner out ASAP. We had a great time with family."

"Such a cute place!! There was so much provided I didn’t not even anticipate such as coffee for the coffee maker, a pack and play, beach towels, and even some laundry detergent plus some kitchen spices! I have stayed places where there is literally nothing so this was a great surprise! It was about an 8 min drive to the beach so not bad. Neighborhood wasn’t unsafe necessarily but I didn’t want to sit out on the front porch. Overall fantastic place!"
"We saw the lovely and stunningly remodeled studio and had checked in for a Dunes visit (my son and I), but extenuating family issues unfortunately preempted our trip. After contacting the host, Justin, he was very understanding and empathetic. We definitely plan on staying again when our family health issues mitigate or fully resolve. Once again, great host and studio!! 5 stars!!"
