"The staff made this worth staying at. We were in town for a soccer tournament and it was just me and my kids. The front desk staff were so kind and helpful. When out of towels in the pool, he personally brought in the number of towels we needed for our large group. The women at the front were great with my needy kids and so kind when something was sadly not working. The only downfall was the elevator broke the second day and the pool had to close early one night because of a minor cut from a guest. The hot tub jets didn't work one night, but we're fixed the next day. The staff tried everything they could to make accommodations, and one even offered to help my kids carry their items up the stairs. Amazing staff. Close to everything. Will definitely book here again for the next tournament ."

"Great place and I loved the fireplace in the room, it was a little chilly for May and we built a fire and were very cozy. Will stay again very soon."

"Room was adequate. You could see that the property wasn't well maintained. The air handler rattled very loud until we finally turned it off at 3am. Then the room got too cold so it was hard to get back to sleep. Told the front desk but they acted like they didn't care. Will not stay there again."

"The place was super clean, the staff was so nice! Breakfast was fresh and great with lots of choices. We will be back to stay on our next trip!! The kids said it was the best!! Thanks so much for the great experience!!"

"The first room we were given had a broken TV. The second room had a broken sink drain, shower drain andbthe TV had pixel lines running vertically every 1 inch. Internet speed was slow and TV only had about 4 channels. Thankfully i brought a HDMI so I could share my phone screen. One male staff member was very cordial but the rest were lazy, worthless and did not understand English well. I refilled the coffee and hot water urns both mornings at the sub par breakfast. The staff were to lazy to handle the breakfast area and stood watching while guests were disappointed until I took care of it for them. Then, no onensaid anythingbas I helped myself in andniut ofnthe kitchen area directly in view of the front counter. Even a "sorry your not allowed back there" wouldnhave been more understanding than the ignorance and blindness to the situatuion. If not for the one gentleman who checked us in, I would rate this stay as the worst accommodations I've ever had. I forgot to mention the vending machines were broken and we had to go the the hotel next door for drinks."

"It was a beautiful place. The staff were very nice and helpful. The pool was very nice. That was my grandsons favorite part.It was a great weekend. The only suggestion would be to add continental breakfast ( which I thought was already included) so you don't have to leave first thing in the morning to eat. The beds were comfortable it was very clean . I would definitely stay here again "
