"This has to be the best Best Western we’ve stayed at in a long time. We usually stay at Comfort Inns due to bad experiences with Best Westerns. This hotel has changed my mind on that. First impressions were that the facility was well maintained and recently renovated. The check in staff were very friendly and efficient. The pool was closed for the season but the indoor hot tub was extremely relaxing and well maintained. The location was convenient and quiet. Made to order breakfast omelettes really set this place apart and should be implemented at all locations. The breakfast staff went above and beyond. Will definitely stay here again!"

"I really liked the room and like the shades to block light for sleeping. My only complaint would be the floors were cold, but they were clean. I just would bring slippers or wear sock if you tend to have cold feet like me. I would stay there again"

"This room was REALLY nice. Very spacious. Good customer service while checking in. The was bed comfortable and we slept well. It was quiet all night, no outside noise. Absolutely coming back while staying in Idaho Falls."
