"First off, all I saw on Expedia was photos of the quaint and picturesque Alpine Lodges, which was not representative of the main hotel, a twelve room building which was across the road from all the other buildings, including the main office and restaurant. There was a washed out driveway with no parking area at that main hotel, which made things awkward when the main hotel started filling up Saturday night. The room was okay, about what you would expect from a nicer hotel chain's room. The restaurant was good, staff friendly, can't speak to speed of service as we were the only ones there. Never went to the pool or spa, never was sure where it was. No clear path to the lake, especially with the construction area. Overall, it was a place to stay in a town with not a lot to do (there's a tour of a modern castle and some shops and of course the springs), but that was what we were looking to do."

"My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights and it was perfect! It is a beautiful cabin, quiet and secluded, and plenty of wildlife! The place is close to numerous places to eat and things to do which includes shopping, hiking, parks, history, and scenic views. The hosts, Bill and Pat, are very accommodating and easy to get in touch with for any concerns. They are very nice and super informative. We will definitely be back!!!!!!"

"Checked in late. 1030pm,on a Friday, but called first, one rep at the desk was rude. There were 6 of us in a suite. She either didn't look at the type of room or was just rude. The way she spoke to us was unnecessary, so much that her coworker stepped in to tell her she was wrong with the information she was providing us.other than the first experience in the door everything else was good. Suite room was BIG, price good, room clean."

"We loved it! It was actually better than expected. We expected something bigger, but the size of the cabin was the perfect size. It had a hot tub and a fire pit, beautiful views, and it was safe. The beds were king size and it had a sofa bed. We are planning to come back in the winter"
