"This specific hotel is under remodel/new ownership. There was no water at the sinks in the lobby restroom and no hand sanitizer either. never go back. horrible experience.

"Upon arriving, we were told that Hotel.com had booked us a smoking room. I showed them the e-mail confirmation on my computer only to get remarks such as, "That won't change anything" "It doesn't matter what your e-mail says"... We asked if they could make the change and the lady first said no, and ..."
