"The staff was rude. The hotel was out of date and not maintained. No hot water. Keys didn’t work multiple times. Price was very high. Was promised a refund, only gave me a partial. Had to dispute charges."

"This property could use some updates and maintenance, such as bathroom door as my room had what looked like water blister in the wood, shredded curtains and curtain hooks broken. The bed felt like the mattress needed replaced. Bed skirt needed replaced/updated."
