“Terrible service! They made it impossible for us to check-in. There is no "app" to check in. We receieved no instructions to this day on how to check-in, and we arrived at the property to check-in but couldn't due to the non-existant check-in email or app. This was unbearable. And they refused to cancel due to them failing to provide the access codes and still refused to refund. I was lucky that Expedia issued us a courtesy refund because even Expedia recognized them as "difficult". Expedia……

“First off it was impossible for me to find the property and it seems to be like some kind of government project when I ask someone for additional directions they tried to hold me up at gunpoint I was alone with my children, so I left and tried contacting the owner to get a refund due to unsafe location, and I have yet to receive any money back”
