“The person that checked me seemed impatient with any questions I had. After going to my room, there was no roll away as I had requested and told would be available for me. When I went back to the front desk to ask where it was, she told me my room wouldn't accommodate a roll away. She didn't seem to care that I had been promised one, and offered no solution. The bathroom shower & floor had hair left from previous people. The parking wasn't the most convenient, down a hill and a bit far.”

“The pool looked like it had not Been cleaned in a while. Resort is right bedside a bridge that a lot of shady people were hanging out around. Room was clean, but half of the lights did not work and there were exposed wires.”

“Ok to start off, when we went into our room, it was not clean, sheets & pillows were all over the floor, the room had not been cleaned or cleared for them to give us that room. They gave us a new room, the new room was very damp & smelled like mildew. I started looking around & there was mold in the room. It was on the ceiling & on the lampshades. The bathroom sink underneath was spilling water, I assume that's why there was so much mold. There was only a bar of soap for the sink for toiletry……

“Clean and Quiet. Bed is good. Looks better than outside. A good choice. Need deposit, but return the deposit should be at 11:00am . Wait until 11:00Am, waste my time. ”

“Friendly, accommodating staff. Quiet and cozy setting. The room, lobby, pool, was well maintained and clean. Easy to find, and close to shopping, restaurants, and freeway. I would stay here again and recommend to my family and friends. I cannot think of anything else to say, it was a pleasant experience.”

“The check in process was among the worst that I have experienced. I had 2 rooms and one of them the air conditioning did not work. My son, daughter-in-law, their 6-year old and their 2-year old were finally moved to another room at 10pm.”

“The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The fitness room is two treadmills and some dumbbells. The room setup was decent and the bed was comfortably soft. All of the experience was ruined with the roaches. I had to buy a can of RAID to combat that inconvenience during a holiday weekend where the hotel was fully booked.”

“Room was totally out dated. No working phone small tv wit local channels only room was ok bathroom had hair in the tub but I washed an rinsed it out but it was not the best and definitely not what the app shows. It was quiet tho,”
