"This property is old and run down by local extended stay patrons. The outside has been updated, but the inside of the rooms are in terrible disarray. Rooms need paint, wall repair, bathrooms need updated, and there were roaches everywhere. I do not recomend this hotel. "

"We had such a great time!!! All the staff made us feel right at home. Everyone we came in contact with made us feel welcomed (Mercedes, the valet staff, the bartender on the rooftop bar, security at the upstairs bar on Friday night, and the lady that checked us in) they all provided outstanding customer service. My wife and I already have been talking about if we was to ever come back, this will be the hotel we’re gonna stay in and we will also be looking for this hotel chain for future trips. Thank you so much for making our short trip that much pleasant.

"Went for a Army Graduation at Ft. Moore. After a 16 hour drive and we had finally got to the Hotel late at 1am I was exhausted. Once we arrived Nikki was Extremely helpful and super nice. Best customer service I've ever experienced and was quick about getting us checked in and into our room. OMG the Bed was Super comfortable to the point I didn't want to leave lol. Great Breakfast. Great Neighborhood also. If i could I'd leave 1Million star review. Definitely will be back in the future."

Cozy Family-Sized Home Minutes to Ft Moore and Downtown Columbus

"We went to our son's Ranger graduation and this is a perfect location. We were only about 3 miles from the gate and one exit from lots of restaurants and stores. This house is right off of exit 3 and easy to get to. The backyard was great for our pup and our family to hang and drink coffee each morning or make phone calls in the evenings. There is plenty of toilet paper and coffee provided and lots of great utensils. The house is very clean and the beds comfy. We had a few questions when we arrived and our host was very quick to respond and help us out. We had 10 people staying and cooked one big meal and it was great. The parking looks limited, but we did have 5 cars parked here easily. I was able to walk the dog several times a day in the small neighborhood and the neighbors were very friendly. I would stay here again for anything related to Ft. Benning. "

"The lady at the counter was very nice and cordial. I was on a motorcycle and she gave me a room where I could be close to the bike. The room was good, only flaw was the curtain rod in the shower, which was partially broken and wouldn’t close properly other than that it was a very good money value.

"The interior of the apartment was very clean and organized. However, the fire protector went off without using the stove and it never stopped. I had to move to another place. The initial rent car wouldn’t take our credit card. I had to find another rental company. These are things the customer needs to know before purchasing and leaving on vacation. Am I able to receive a refund on the house situation? In closing, I also tried to contact Expedia. I was not successful. Can someone please call me concerning this matter. Thank you"
"The property is amazingly decorated, and spacious. A mere minutes from Ft. Benning and a great place to relax during family visits. The property is large house, the neighborhood is quiet with other families as neighbors. The home has a total of six beds so plenty of sleeping space. Along with two full bathrooms, and plenty of space/lighting to get ready for the day.The host was very responsive to all of our inquiries. Would definitely stay again."

"Had a great time celebrating our daughter’s college graduation. The house has everything you need and more. The game room was a hit as were the outdoor games. "Diamond in the rough. This was a first time staying in a house instead of a hotel. Pulling into the neighborhood the family was a bit weary. Kids fighting. Skunk smell about. But I noticed one of the neighbors had an Astrovan with big chromed out wheels so I was pumped! House was great and we loved it. Very comfy and would recommend again."
