“I booked 3 rooms as I was in town with my crew for work. The showers had mold in them. I know I did not contact the office about this issue and moving us, but we were all very tired from a very hard day of work and another day to go. The buffet breakfast was awful. Hard bread products, no apple juice or milk, rubber like eggs, cold sausage. We usually love Quality Inn and their breakfasts, but this was the absolute worst. Room was clean and front desk staff awesome. And the Mexican……

“Fleas! I was there an hour. I was covered in flea bites. I just wanted a couple days to rest before I have a baby. The manager was hostile. He did not issue a refund, even though I checked out almost immediately. One of the staff was concerned about my staying there because it’s such an unsafe motel. They were talking about how to keep people breaking into my room to hurt me. A dog was barking loudly… I can’t imagine what it’s like to be in this place for more than an hour.”

“I had called down to the front desk asking for bedding to the pull out couch. When the lady at the front desk told me she was too busy to bring the bedding up to us that we would have to come down and get it ourselves. Went down as soon as we got off the phone. There were no in the lobby and no one at the front desk. After waiting almost 5 minutes the lady finally came in from outside. "Oh are you needing bedding?" Not very good customer service and then making us come down to get bedding……
