Comfortable unit. Advertised pool but was closed for season. Beautiful view of the lake! Close to beaches and restaurants.

Amazing vacation

The condo was beautiful. The host responded quick and politely anytime I had questions. The view was amazing. The staff went above and beyond!

Small but nice

The property is difficult to find, especially in the dark. You will turn just before the light at Memorial Blvd and Miracle Strip. The sign for the property was after the light so we missed it twice! It looks a little less than desirable on the outside (parking lot needs to be repaved and building needs to be painted) but our unit 5D was very well kept on the inside, clean, nicely decorated. Don't let the outside fool you-the inside was small but great. You will need streaming service to watch TV. It is on the second story with no elevator (one flight of steps) and there is a little bit of grass around back for the dog if you bring one but a great dog park within walking distance. I would stay here again.

Great view with some things to work on.

We stayed here late May for a weekend getaway. When we got there our door code didn't work so we had to call vacasa, the managing property company. Waited on the phone for 20 minutes before someone answered and they changed the code and we got in. Then, we quickly realized the tvs weren't connected to the wifi. While trying to connect them we realized the wifi password didn't work and had to call and wait another 40 minutes to get that resolved. The TV in the living room only had apple apps and no ability to add other streaming apps. The apple TV apps didn't even work so that tv was completely unusable. The toilet didn't work correctly, we called about that but they never came to fix it or called us back to talk about it. The back door to go down the stairs to the backyard was deadbolted so you weren't able to go that way. The beds were loud when you moved around on them. At the end of the day the property itself is fine with a few fixes. The owner though may need to look into a different property manager as vacasa was not helpful at all.

Nicely updated conodo. Needs a few fixes but not bad.

The building is older & needs work but the condo itself is nicely updated. Has a stackable washer & dryer right in the unit which was awesome. We did run into a few issues. The bed in the room which is on the bay side, squeaks just from turning over. Pillows were a bit thin. We had an issue with the television in the living. Only could get Apple TV on it & the only chanel on Apple TVe was Crackle which did not leave a lot to watch. Could not get any local channels. The televisions in the bedrooms worked fine. The coffee pot can not be set up at night because the water leaks out of it. The kitchen did not have many pans to cook in the oven with. We went to the dollar store & bought disposable tin pans. The back balcony was nice to sit on & loved that it had a ceiling fan on it & the view of the bay was nice. Loved watching the boats & jet ski's going by. Ocean waves were too big for swimming so we swam on the bay side. Towards the end of the week we found O'Steen Beach which was absolutely gorgeous! We felt like we were in the Caribbean with the white sand & the turquoise water. Moe's Original BBQ was our favorite restaurant that was not a chain. Overall good week. Drove to Pensacola Beach from Navarre Beach. Gorgeous beaches but again, cant swim waves were too bad.

A Hidden Gem!

We enjoyed our stay here so much. The property was immaculate when we arrived and everything looked almost new. It had a beautiful view and was convenient to everything. The pool was clean and we had it all to ourselves. There was no loud activity and it was very peaceful and quiet. The property manager was helpful and communicated with us quickly when we had questions. Great experience and I would highly recommend!

Nice Property

The unit is very nice but it only has ONLY 1 BATHROOM and A SINGLE SINK NO TOILET IN THE CLOSET IN 1 OF THE BED ROOMS.

Very clean and updated

The inside was very clean and updated with a beautiful view. The half bath is not really a half bath though it is just a sink, so keep that in mind if that is important to you.

Nice, new, clean interior. Sketchy neighborhood, inaccurate listing.

The apartment itself was pleasant, cleaned, and seemed to be very recently refurbished. We enjoyed the view to the sound. This being said, we found a few major issues upon arrival. The required parking passes were nowhere to be found, and there were no linens for the pullout couch bed (my son slept between two spare blankets on a naked hideaway mattress the first night). But the biggest issue we had was that the promised half bathroom was literally no more than a sink in a closet of the second bedroom. No toilet, no locking door, no exaggeration. As a family of four adults, we booked this listing specifically because of the number of bathrooms, foolishly assuming that 1.5 baths meant two toilets (as is industry standard). After notifying management, they sent over linens and told us to write our own parking passes, but the woman I spoke to ultimately said the listing "wasn't her department," so renter beware. The water view is definitely good, peaceful, and the light in the unit is very airy and pleasant. However, regarding the neighborhood: there were ongoing evictions in this aging apartment complex. People sorting through dumpsters right outside our parking area for their belongings. The residential area right around the property was less than desirable. We did not feel safe walking with our elderly grandmother through the neighborhood to and from her facility.

Christmas in FWB

Christmas stay. Family down the street in waterfront condo. Great accommodations. Clean,bright,waterfront. We thoroughly enjoyed it.
