"Our communication with the staff was not good. Only communication is through the app. It was different people responding. Property had lights that weren't working, appliances that weren't working. The T.V didn't work. We communicated it with management team on the app. No one got back to us until 3 days later. By the time they can send somebody to fix the issues it was already our last night. There is a privacy fence between the hosts’ primary home and the guest house, so our stay felt nice and secluded. The home was clean and well equipped.
