Enchanted Rock is one of the most beloved natural landmarks in Fredericksburg and in fact the entire Hill Country; and nobody has a better view of this great landmark than guests of Rockview Cabins. Enchanted Rock is a huge pink granite pluton rock formation located about 15 miles north of Fredericksburg. The great rock covers around 640 acres and stands about 425 feet above the surrounding land.
The charming and private Rockview Cabins were built to take advantage of the great view of Enchanted Rock; additionally the cabins are one of the best pet friendly hotels in Fredericksburg, TX. Each includes a front porch, just perfect for swinging on the porch swing and taking in an unforgettable sunset. Inside the cabins, you are sure to appreciate all the attention to detail.
Cabin Number 4 offers two queen size beds in the spacious open living area. You will surely appreciate the full kitchen and dinette as well. The cabin offers a Smart TV with satellite selections. You will also enjoy a large private bathroom with a stand alone shower.
Although Rockview Cabins offer the greatest of country quiet and Hill Country views, these great cabins are located less than 20 minutes from downtown Fredericksburg's shops, restaurants, galleries and wineries. They are the perfect getaway for a couple looking for some time away from city life; or rent all the cabins and create a reunion of family or friends! A lovely hidden gem!
This was such a nice place to stay, we'd definitely go back. It was nice waking to see the sunrise over enchanted rock and be greeted by a family of deer! It was difficult to find where our room was in the dark so having some solar lights or extra signage would be awesome.

Beautiful, perfect, getaway
Howdy! This is hands down the most beautiful place I have ever stayed. Maybe I’m just a Texas girl but watching that sunrise over Enchanted Rock is pretty great! Myself and my 26 yr old daughter visited for much needed time away. The cabins/property are perfect! Everything you need is supplied. We’re already planning our next trip! So peaceful and beautiful. We absolutely love this place!!

Quiet cabin
We enjoyed our stay at this peaceful retreat. The property offers scenic views, abundant wildlife and amazing star filled night sky. The cabin is about 15 minutes to Main Street, so very convenient to shopping, food, wineries and close to Enchanted Rock State Park. We will definitely book here again.

The cabin is cozy with spectacular views! We enjoyed deer watching, star gazing, and watch the sunrise from the lovely porch. It was a wonderful place to celebrate our 10th anniversary and we hope to be back!

Amazing!
This property was exactly what we were looking for! Lots of land around, beautiful views all the way around, very clean, very comfortable. It was the perfect place to get away with a couple of girlfriends. As much as we loved it, unfortunately we did not get to spend as much time at the cabin as we had hoped due to a death in the family for one of my friends. However, we plan to rebook again another time.

Perfect girls weekend getaway
My 2 friends and I stayed for 2 nights in cabin #4, and we had a wonderful time. Beautiful views of Enchanted Rock. Loved watching the deer come to the deer feeding for breakfast and dinner. The bathroom heater didn’t work, but it wasn’t a big deal... otherwise everything was perfect.
