Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen and a charming coffee bar!

The Space:
This charming bungalow boasts original hardwood floors, a cozy wood-burning fireplace, and a delightful covered front porch complete with a swing—perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The back porch features a 6-person hot tub, leading to a spacious yard where you can gather around the chimenea or lounge under the shade of a majestic oak tree. As local hosts, we take pride in ensuring your stay is memorable and will provide you with a detailed guide to the best shopping, restaurants, and wineries in the area.

Other Things to Note:
Also, please note we have routine spa maintenance scheduled midweek. Typically, maintenance will take roughly 15 minutes, and the spa will be available for use after the service is completed.

If you're considering bringing a furry friend along, kindly be aware we do have a $50 pet fee per pet. Please remember to inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet.

Great time in fredericksburg!

This property was amazing! The location, decor, cleanliness, and yard was superb. We enjoyed the hot tub and even took a walk around the neighborhood. Easy to get downtown and close to great restaurants. The host was very accommodating and communication was easy.

Cute Getaway!

Close to Main Street (about 6 min drive), close enough but you can hear any noise. Host was great and checked in on us to ensure we didn’t need anything.
