The house is so spacious and the 12 guest had their own personal sleeping space as well as lots of comfortable seating and space for entertainment, playing games, eating etc.. “First of all the listing is very deceiving the place is nothing like what they show. The room smell so much like marijuana and even after telling maintenance the room still smell and I have a 2 year old. I probably even think the maintenance people were also smoking marijuana. The room is outdated. Also they overcharged me and didn’t want to refund me at all. Be careful with this place.”

“The sub par rating has more to do with online expectations vs reality of the property. I understand sales, marketing and exaggeration but felt lied to. Being in town for an unexpected death of a parent unfortunately meant looking for a budget option and we were prepared for budget results until we read, what appeared to be a diamond in the rough, description of the property. However when checking in to the property the writing was on the wall. There were cops interviewing a witness to something……

“The property suited our needs for the trip. There was a minor housekeeping issue they remedied in reasonable time. There was another issue that couldn't be address due to communication not being specific on their end. The text communication was quick but not always accurate. I was notified after booking was already confirmed that there was construction on premises and please excuse some "dust" but the maintenance being done was unfortunately disruptive to each morning & two nights of major……

“We loved our stay here. The house has everything you need. The owner has created a great atmosphere for guests. My girls made friends with kids staying in the other houses and they enjoyed the playground, trampoline, and dock swimming. So much to love about the property - the yard is perfect for playing, the view is beautiful, and trails are close.”
