We met some of the neighbors who were very friendly. It has a good beach with space to spread out, even with the high water this year. Small set of stairs from the lawn to the beach. "We stayed in excellent VRBO rentals before. Only problem was garbage from previous rentals had never been removed from property. As snow melted we found an old cigar but on deck as well as dog poop. Which we picked up ourselves. The were many different conflicting instructions on what not to do and what to do in regards to heat, water, dishwasher (there is no dishwasher), but there were pods for one? Otherwise, we had fun. "Enjoyed this property. It’s in a private neighborhood of other rentals. Nice kitchen, bedrooms and living space. Could accommodate adults or a family. The proximity to the ski slope, cross country and hiking trails, plus town is great because they are all within close walking distance."

We ski at King Pine because it’s great for kids, but there are several mountains within easy reach. "Stayed for a few nights with my growing family. Chalet was appointed and stocked, we had everything we could have needed. Slightly smaller than I expected but worked well."

The host was so responsive to my needs and gave very clear instructions about what to do! The check in process was super easy! The main town is very close and mountain resorts were a 15 min drive! "Rented the home so my family could visit my sister and brother in law. House is in a great location, just off of route 16 in Bartlett. House was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. The one question we had was immediately answered by the owner and taken care of. I would highly recommend and I would absolutely rent the home again if visiting the area."

There are many breweries and restaurants within a very easy drive.
