“The staff was kind and very responsive on the arrival and organising the events. Checking in and out was easy, well organised. However the facilities needed more maintenance. The rooms were mouldy and needed more ventilation. Toilet wise could be largely improved in terms of insect defecate. Understand it’s a place surrounded by nature but also spotted a mouse in one of the rooms, the staff were quick to respond and helped checked the rooms. The lagoon area with water was dirty ”

“Went to Harris for children’s school holiday during CNY. One of the best places in Batam for families filled with activities and friendly staff. The rooms are dated and in need of an update or TLC but decent enough if your focus is outside activities. We partakes in jet skiing, massages, kids club, and pools. All well staffed and well suited to keep kids happy. One notable gap was the breakfast service which costs extra. Ending at 10:30 we arrived at 9:40 to find few options available with lots……

“Best Western Premier 的房間都是大套房的格局。即日預訂也能體驗這酒店確實是性價比高，服務很好！職員友善， 常有笑容！ 這次住宿碰巧是我的生日，很晚才到達酒店，這酒店都為我送上驚喜，酒店的職員跟總經理一同送上蛋糕到房間，並唱生日歌為我慶祝，令我有深刻的住宿體驗，實在感動， 還可以延遲退房。 缺點是當地基建發展未發達， 到酒店的途徑不多，不方便， 又不能步行到達， 周邊地區都只能靠車出入， Mega Mall 有免費的接駁巴士接送，但有時間限制。 第一次晚上到達不知道，要打的去酒店， 晚上的的士司機較奸詐，說好價錢上車， 途中不時說服你要加錢，還有籠斷的士市場，grab用戶晚上不能下單， 下了單也被要求取消訂單。只能親身找的士到酒店。 酒店本身包早餐， 自助早餐款式多很好吃！ 可惜只是住了一晚。整體的服務和設施都很好很新淨！ 游泳池設計好漂亮， 環境優美。 這酒店還附有自費的Spa 店， 服務也不錯！ 有機會再來一定會再住這間酒店！”
