“The view of the beach is quite good. The sunset with the beach is great. But all others are bad. First of all, the resort is far from city centre. All of the local tour need to charge with extra cost for hotel pick up. The beach has jellyfish that we could not swim there. The taxi is expensive from the hotel to the city. The staff is not helpful. The hot water has been broken in the first night of our stay which we need to shower with cold water. We booked spa there but the staff has been late……

“Our stay was specifically to accompany our mom for hospital surgery, which is just a 3-minute walk from the hotel. The room was spacious and spotless. Many thoughtful amenities were provided, including good Wi-Fi and a large TV, and we especially loved the capsule coffee machine. The service was excellent, with friendly and very helpful staff. This was our second stay at this hotel, and everything was perfect.”
