If you like to golf, hike, site see, or just want an all around quiet relaxing stay in NorCal this is an absolute must. My only complaint is I wish I had more time to spend here!! "I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay. While I understood the price was budget-friendly, the lack of cleanliness was unacceptable. The room was poorly maintained with torn curtains and an incredibly dirty AC unit. Furthermore, the amenities advertised, like the pool, do not match the current state of the property. For $70, I expected a basic level of hygiene, but I ended up having to clean the room myself. This was a chaotic experience that did not meet even the lowest standards."

"Very clean and accomodating place to stay. The hosts, Eric and Peter are very welcoming and communicative via text and email. Nice and cozy accent fire and space heater in the bedroom to keep it warm and comfortable! Lots of amenities such as fully srocked kitchen supplies, towels and soap etc for the bathroom.
