“Thanks to the manager, we were placed in the room we booked (2Q deluxe studio w/Kitchenette). This took 2 hours to fix & wasted time we could have spent on the beach/activity- We were given 1Q & Murphy bed w/kitchen. The Murphy bed placement was going to disrupt the flow of walking & moving about as the beds would touch bottom to bottom leaving no room to pass.. (I’m not folding it up and down). “The stay started at the reception; the staff were in a bad mood, impatient, and made ugly faces at me—I didn't like it and felt uncomfortable. Housekeeping was fine, but the pools aren't cleaned; people throw disposable cups and even shredded Styrofoam into the water, and the ground is littered with trash! I didn't feel good about even getting into the pool. I won't book this place again.”

I sent a text to the owner about what to do, but she never responded.We had to go to Dollar General and pay 12 for a plunger. It took over an hour to get checked in, they kept saying they didnt have my reservation and to call another number and they may have it scheduled under their property management and they said they didnt have my reservation either.
