We liked the water park and the indoor and outdoor pools. The beds were okay, but the carpet to dirty and outdated. The bathroom ceiling showed humidity and a lot of stain. The staff was okay but not good at explaining amenities and charges. I am hoping they give me back the 200dlls they set to hold from ny card otherwise I will need to address with Expedia.they committed to release if 24 hours later.

I loved the balcony pools and beach access, but I didn’t like the room needed upgrading there was no Kleenex and paper towels in our room and it really wasn’t an ocean view because we were on the parking lot side and didn’t get a full ocean view. Otherwise it was ok. When we stayed at the Crown Reef we were given a room with balcony and complete ocean view.

The hotel is really outdated. The toilet did not flush and ran entire stay. The refrigerator did not work properly and linked water. They have no daily room service and if you call front desk they did not bring supplies I requested. Only great thing about the hotel is the small water park attached to it.

Landmark Resort USED to be clean and fully staffed, a pleasure to visit. No longer. No housekeeping, trash in the halls for hours to days from fellow vacationers cleaning their own rooms. Nightly screaming in the hallway. Waiting days for towels, garbage bags, and toilet paper. Executive suite priced over 3k a week parking, and you receive a filthy room with sand, dirt, mildewed curtains and windows. It didn't appear to be swept or wiped down behind the doors or along the trim on the floor for months! Laundry room with multiple broken washers and dryers. One balcony, one straight floor plan......not what was shown for rental on the site. Further investigation found that only privately owned rooms were to receive housekeeping services and those are the rooms shown on the site, not what the hotel offers. Elevator out of service. No baggage racks to transport luggage to room. Staff actually said, "sorry, people put them in their rooms and we can't do anything about it". Never again, Landmark! You've lost this family's business.

Noone was friendly or welcoming. The property had trash all over, trashcans overflowing, it was blowing into the pools, bathrooms were dirty, noone seemed to care that someone from the 11th floor was throwing filled water bottles into the lazy river. Room was ok, bed was horrible, elevators smelled. Not enough towels. Wife and daughters got into Waterpark just fine but when i came 10 minutes later i was suddenly not on the list. I could go on. First and last stay.

The water park and the view of the ocean werw both great!...the downsides were we payed more to have 2 toilets and one leaked all over the floor everytime it was flushed. The sink was broken in the kitchen as well, couch was stained, appeared to be poop on the wall in the bathroom. Informed the front desk the first night and she said someone would be up to fix(never happened), the second day informed them again and was told there were no open rooms available(which was fine, only stayed 2 nights). I just thought maybe I would at least be refunded for some of the cost since we ended up with one toilet and couldnt sit on the couch or let my baby in the floor because things werent cleaned properly. All of these issues would have been noticed if the room was actually cleaned! The elevators were also down which is a huge inconvenience when you have a baby in a stroller. Overall, the waterpark was the redeemable factor!
