“Rooms were dirty with dirty floors. Everything looked neglected. Bathrooms were poorly equipped, rusty faucets, broken sinks, etc. Air/heat units were on the edge of going out, noisy and had to move rooms because one did not work.”

“For the price, this beachfront property is a really good deal. Yes, the room is outdated, but the bed was clean, and we had no issues with bedbugs or cleanliness at all. Everything in the room was working properly. We stayed with our cat, and there were no extra pet deposits, which we really appreciated. Free parking was another big plus. The staff was friendly, always available, and responded quickly to any questions we had. The location is great, close to the boardwalk and the second pier.……
