“I really enjoyed the property, especially the location and the family-friendly atmosphere. The room was comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The pool area was also great for the kids. However, there was an issue with room 1227. The air conditioning unit was leaking, which caused a large portion of the room to become wet. This was inconvenient and should be addressed to prevent damage or safety concerns for future guests. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but I hope the hotel can……

“This is not a very clean place. The phone in the room to call front desk was messed up. The first 3 people I spoke to didn't care that I told them it was messed up. The 4th person said someone would come to change the phone, but they never did. Our toilet was clogged. They sent someone up while we were gone. When we came back the toilet was still clogged. We came back to a toilet full of black poop water and a turd on the floor. We called them to fix it again and they never came. The callings……
