“Clean room”

“No housekeeping, water park not on property, had to carry own linen bags everyday of the week from across the street to our room. Was not ocean front, air rarely worked and it was HOT in the room. Did not see a housekeeper the whole entire time and did not have a phone to call for any type of assistance. Front desk that was located at the leg and were rude and not helpful at all. Seemed like they did not want to be bothered.”

“The check in staff were very nice. The room was immaculate, it had everything you needed in it.”

“When we arrived the unit had not been cleaned unbeknownst to the owner. However, when I called, they immediately sent someone to clean the unit. We were also compensated for the inconvenience. The unit itself is very nice, modern, and the quality was excellent. The kitchen, however; did not have any sharp knives, contrasted with about 10 pieces of each silverware. Considering there was 4 plates, 4 saucers, and 4 bowls. Setting for 4 people and silverware for 10. We enjoyed our stay, it……

“Absolutely loved this property- it was perfect for a family. We travelled with 6 and it was plenty spacious and so handy to have laundry and full kitchen on site. The golf course is beautiful and the pools were well maintained. Would easily book at this property on an annual basis!”
