“There is a full size kitchen with dishwasher, full stove, large refrigerator ,stacked washer and dryer a bedroom separate from rest of room it was clean didn’t have or need someone to come clean the room every day plenty of towels and a sweeper if you needed it all the amenities in bathroom and with an exhaust fan! WOW we enjoyed our stay! View of beach just a street back from beach if you don’t mind that it perfect! Also plenty of parking in parking garage!!! Every one was kind and helpful!”

“We liked the condo but the floors were filthy so we asked them to mop them and they were still filthy. I don't think they ever mopped them. The lady at check-in didn't give us any directions to the condo or Tell us anything about the amenities.”

“When we arrived the unit had not been cleaned unbeknownst to the owner. However, when I called, they immediately sent someone to clean the unit. We were also compensated for the inconvenience. The unit itself is very nice, modern, and the quality was excellent. The kitchen, however; did not have any sharp knives, contrasted with about 10 pieces of each silverware. Considering there was 4 plates, 4 saucers, and 4 bowls. Setting for 4 people and silverware for 10. We enjoyed our stay, it……

“My room/condo was great. Clean. Comfortable. Only complaint is the pools on the property. They are small for the number of residences / rooms on the property; old and overdue for refreshing. The pier right next to this property is currently under construction and def an eyesore if your “ocean view” is on that side of the property.”

“The only positive thing about this room was the view. Starting with the door, we thought we had the wrong code, but found out it just needed an extra hard push. I reported this and the back door handle that was loose, and was told they would notify the maintenance staff, nobody ever showed up. The room was okay, not at all what we expected. The kitchen was good, we cooked a couple of meals in it. It was missing a can opener so we purchased one and left it. The bathroom was horrible and small.……

“Horrible place to deal with. We got there on a Friday afternoon and the key pad wasn't working. Called the number. The manager was not there. The managing property was in California. Told us the manager wouldn't be back until Monday. After 3 hours on the phone with them, Told us to find a hotel for the night and they would reimburse us for the night. Called the next morning and was told some one went out to fix the keypad. We got there and the keypad was still not working. Called the main number……
