“The rooms were so unclean, the sink was clogged, the coffee machine and the fridge was not working, the air conditioner made terrible noise. They don’t have a room service. the amenities included were poor quality and the communication withe the hotel staff was poor. Overall a terrible experience. Do not recommend. Not going back!”

“Enjoyed our stay very much! Super peaceful! We had kids from ages 2-14 years old and there were things for all of them to do. The pools, lazy river, slides, splash areas & mini golf were all together in one big area so, it was easy to keep all of them entertained and not have them spread out around the resort! Would definitely stay again!”

“Great rooms and prices”

“The property was nice and very close to the beach. However, the floors in our suite were very dirty! We told the staff about it and that we needed extra blankets and towels. Someone came to mop and brought fresh linens and towels. The bathroom is very tiny. My daughter uses a wheelchair and there were no accessible bathrooms available. The amenities were nice but the decor was a bit old. The last night we stayed, our van broke down right at the entrance to the resort under the awning. The night……

“We always appreciate the accommodations. I loved the upgrades of the kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom, but was a little disappointed at looking at the soiled doors, walls, and unfinished renovations in the bathroom and bedroom. I do understand that. Renovations may have not have being complete.”

“Me and the family needed this restart and refresh. This place is centrally located to everything. The lazy river was closed but the other pools were open. (Someone took my Birkenstock sandals from the pool area) I am still in shock because they were right beside my chair and I never left the area.. so disappointing, but I guess they needed them more than me. Overall met lots of friendly people and enjoyed our stay. Easy parking, clean fully stocked room and beautiful sunrise from beach view.”
