“The resort itself was fantastic. The views, the pools, cleanliness, hospitality, was all wonderful. The beds on the other hand, a completely different story. The beds were beyond "firm" like sleeping on a rock perhaps, after the first night, my spouse and i resorted to sleeping on the sleeper sofa, not much better as it was not comfortable either but better than the bed itself”

“When i got to the room it hadn't been vacuumed, very old and dresser drawers would not stay closed, went to take a shower and someone was banging on the door so i got out of the shower ,i was naked and an employee was entering ,as i shut the door on him he said that he was informed that i want a different room i said no i didn't request it and that doesn't give him the right to enter for any reason. Told 2 managers and and heard nothing , when i finally confronted one she blew it off saying he……

“Well to start the indoor pool and hot tubs were closed for remodeling. No mention on Expedia site. The front desk clerk could not answer a simple question: What are the restaurant’s hours? I was advised to go to the resort next door for food. The first night, it was cold. I requested a blanket. After a several minutes wait on phone, I had to go down to the desk to get the extra blanket-it was not delivered. Overall poor stay. We left a day early. ”

“Kiddie pool area was closed so the stay was useless and a waste because the only reason I booked was to enjoy the amenities that was supposedly offered for kids. I was told by staff area gas been closed for 2 months and on top of that only one hot tub available that isnt out of order out of 3.”

“I love staying here, however I have two issues: 1 - I don't like being forced to listen to a sales pitch for a timeshare, just to get my room keys. 2 - I don't like your 10AM checkout time. I feel like 11 is pretty standard, and most places will even extend that if you call early enough.”

“The are rooms are beautiful and clean. Lots room if your traveling with kids. Which we were. If we needed anything they got it for me us. The gamer checked in on us to make sure everything was going well. The pool and hot tubs were nice. And right by the beach even better. This was the first time we’ve done a no contactless checkin. We had a great vacation and enjoyed ourselves. Would stay again. Thank you ”
