“Clean and comfortable, and close to Front St”

“It was spotless, beautiful, and a had a great view of the bay! Amenities were great, too!”

“I proposed to my girlfriend and they were kind enough to upgrade me to a suite with a small bottle of champagne to celebrate the special occasion”

“Nice hotel - probably the most expensive in the area and I stay here frequently. Even though the televisions are connected wrong in the one bedroom suites - which is incredibly stupid! But last night there were drunks fighting in the hall and slamming doors on the 4th floor after midnight. Called the desk and there is no security for the hotel - one woman on duty, alone. She said I could call the police. A place with $300 rooms should provide security, and I will not stay there again.”

“Rooms were dirty with dirty floors. Everything looked neglected. Bathrooms were poorly equipped, rusty faucets, broken sinks, etc. Air/heat units were on the edge of going out, noisy and had to move rooms because one did not work.”

“Yes the property did allow service dog and the room temp was the good thing about the place. Obtaining room cleaning was impossible. Towels/washcloth was not obtainable daily and took two days to get 1set of towels when checked in. The room was dirty - I had to clean shower ,yself. LEFT A DAY EARLY AND WOULD LIKE A REFUND.”

“Everything was great with the exception of my fridge didn't get very cold and my fan in the restroom did not work other than that great experience.”

“Great place especially for the price. Room entry is a disaster with a 10 digit code that I had to have reset multiple times due to not working properly. Need to update door locks and then property is perfect. Close enough to everything, far enough for peace and quiet”

“Canceled my reservation because of the breed of puppy I have. Took two to get a refund. Manger was rude”

“Located close to Convention Center, baseball stadium and beach. Good selection of restaurants nearby. Great location if not interested in staying on the beach.”

“Called front desk twice overnight to report people screaming that could be heard in my room. Nothing was done and no report was made by the night staff ”

“We booked this hotel because it was near family we were visiting and it had decent reviews. What a terrible experience. The lady at the front desk when we checked in seemed highly annoyed that we were bothering her. (The ladies at the desk the next morning were very nice - which is why I'm giving three stars instead of one). When we got to our room, it was not very clean and was in poor repair. (See photos). “This property was clean and had Queen size beds clean & staff was friendly - will def go back ”

“We arrived to the hotel and they did not have the room that I reserved. They did offer an alternate, but it wasn’t what we needed. Valet parking area was busy and chaotic. Would not recommend. Find a different hotel.”
