We had an amazing time the property was as listed. The only thing as the indoor pool was closed off due to repairs, but other than that we had a blast! The bed was super comfortable!

Everything was great. The room was clean. It was spacious for my son’s wheelchair. We travel a lot with a lot of his medical equipment and it was big enough to house three adults and two children. It’s very convenient to the beach surrounded by lots of stores and restaurants. I would recommend and I will also stay again thank you for the great stay…

Well first off checked in early but room wasnt ready this was 1 pm check in time is 4pm still no room not till waiting and spending a ridiculous price for food and drinks at the bar and grill they had till finally after 7 pm they had our room ready . Then to find out it wasnt the correct room I even booked . Made it work with having a air mattress with us. Atmosphere was nice water pools and so fourth. But the wait to get a half ass room and then treated even worse will asking to see if our room was ready is un called for this place has horrible staff and misleading sales

Everything was wonderful except that my room smelled like an ashtray. I just bought some Febreeze and sprayed down the rugs, furniture, and beds and it was great. Lots of fun stuff for the kiddos and we had a wonderful time. My only suggestion would be for CannonBallz to be open more during the week. They didn't open til evening and for those of us that don't want to leave the resort, we had to order door dash.

Overall the trip was amazing. They don't follow up with fixing things though. Our safe didn't work the whole time we where there maintenance made two appointments to fix it never showed for either. They also claim to have a pool lift and do not so don't count on that. But property was super clean, had a lot of space and we enjoyed ourselves.

The building is OLD! The water pressure in the bathroom had you waiting and flushing several times. Needed new coating of paint. Otherwise it was clean. Early check-in didn’t exist and we were told that regular check in a 4:00 was NOT guaranteed. I don’t think they had enough staff to clean the rooms. The good thing was it was on the beach, we had a balcony and the view was amazing. If you are a smoker and like to smoke with a cocktail in the evening or coffee in the morning forget about it. The designated area was in a loading dock! Choose wisely!

The room was clean, check in a breeze. Outdoor pools were great. The dishwasher wasn't usable because it doesn't close. No big deal we just hand washed what we used. It would be helpful to let people know where to put towels and trash as part of check out procedure. They have a laundry shoot and trash shoot. Pretty cool tho. We would definitely rent again.
