“Site was clean, NO breakfast, no explanation why or an apology for not having one.”

“The room was very clean and in good order. The check in was wonderful with the in duty desk celery very engaging and helpful. She made me feel very welcome. My wife and I felt like welcome guests. The parking was well lighted and felt very safe. ”

“The rooms are not clean. We made a reservation for a non smoking room. Every door down the hallway had no smoking signs but we clearly smelled smoke down the entire hallway. We found a flea in one bed along with dirt. Another bed had sheets and a mattress topper that had been soiled by bodily fluids. The tub was also dirty.We went to the host and asked for a clean room. He went to check out our room and downplayed all of the things we pointed out that needed cleaning. He then offers to show us……
