Apartments in Gilbert for Rent

"The property is very close to the university but wish they would offer discounts rather than jack the price up on stays when they know there will be a lot of parents on campus some of us are already spending quite a bit just to get to the location. Also if staying there the Hub is right next door and you can see someone’s entire living quarters from your window so recommend keeping shades drawn. Lots of restaurants surrounding building and they close off streets on Saturdays for a festival that looked pretty fun. But overall the hotel was kept in great condition and the staff we’re super hospitable!"

"Checked in and the initial room we were assigned was not cleaned. The room we were reassigned to, had empty soap containers and the air conditioning was abnormally loud. We tried to get soap refilled but front desk staff was unable to get to it and house keeping told us to go to the desk. Left the sign off the door for room service, did not receive service. We have stayed here before, it just seems like the hotel is going downhill."
