“Blick vom Balkon”

“The hotel was good, clean, staff friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was very good and rooms were sound proof and with good air conditioning. Pool were clean but small. At times they felt a bit crowded but most of the time were good in June. I imagine that July and August they would be crowder. Amenities like the Club for VIP were expensive €15 per drink! the same as the spa services. The restaurant Suena Chibo served us the worst rump stakes we ever ate at €26 per piece. Do not recommend……

“Hotel a little run down. Clean. Staff helpful when we needed them. Parking very difficult. Elevator worked well. Plumbing very noisy in the walls. Local gathering outdoor area across the street which can be noisy at times. Walking distance to a beautiful beach. ”

“Stayed at Hotel Alta Montaña and it delivered exactly what you want from a mountain base. Clean, quiet, and well run. The staff are genuinely welcoming, not just polite, which makes a difference when you’re staying a few days. The views are outstanding, especially sitting above the cloud layer at around 1,400 meters. From a cycling standpoint, the location is hard to beat. You’re essentially on the climb the moment you roll out. You can head straight toward Teide or descend as far as you like……

“Bruno was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about Tenerife and gave us excellent advice for days out and making the most of public transport too. He was always friendly, courteous and attentive. The room is extremely well equipped for self-catering and the balcony was enormous alongside having a roof top terrace, which was absolutely an added bonus, especially useful for early evenings, when the sun was going down.
