"The ONLY COMPLAINT was the lack of courtesy from a senior front desk employee. Never a smile or courteous demeanor given during our stay. Ask a question and always got abrupt answers. My complaint was shared along with other family members and guests. This is not a reprimand on his demeanor but a suggestion to make known to him a customer especially during the holiday season should be responded to with a friendly approach. The curmudgeon personality was not at all acceptable. Otherwise our stay at the Fenwick was delightful. "

"This home is in a quiet neighborhood, easy to access, and very comfortable. It is exactly as listed. We were in town for an event that had us out late at night and would have benefited from a light at the bottom of the stairs for safety purposes.Unquestionably, I would definitely choose this space again! It has everything needed for a couple, a couple of friends, a family, or a novelist writing a beach story."

"A very roomy and beautiful home. It had some very interesting art work throughout the home. It was very clean and had many extra things you might need for your vacation. There was also plenty of toys and games for the kids on the beach and inside the house."
