“This hotel was very clean. Room was updated and comfortable. AC worked excellent! Convenient location to DE and OC. Front desk lady was rude at check in and when we called to ask questions! Room needs black out curtains that reach ceiling; the sun woke us at 5:30am every morning!”

“The room was somewhat okay, a bit on the older side. The rest of the building was pretty nice, the views are immaculate. Staff was rarely needed/seen, however the front desk agents were SO helpful! The building has access right to the Beach with a private walkway. I especially loved that our balcony was private ! Other than the negative parts such as the ac being on the weaker side, the elevator being down in the ocean view building, and the raunchy service elevator we had to use, the building……

“The desk personnel were incredible, the service staff should be terminated at once. We had issues with no batteries in the remote , one remote had no back, we had to constantly bug the staff about towels, and we asked the service crew to find a broom so we could sweep our floor because of the sand . The lady said she had to go get the broom and she would sweep the floor as part of the service. Floor was never swept and when my Wife asked her about the flood she said she forgot . I will never……

The room and bathroom are spotless, regularly cleaned, and well-maintained. However, the carpet retains a very old, musty smell that could benefit from airing or replacement.”
