Lovely Home in the heart of Amish country

Welcome to our cozy guest house. Located in the middle of Amish country and minutes away from the village of Intercourse and kitchen kettle village. Within 10 miles of major attractions, dining and shopping. Dutch Wonderland, Sight & Sound Theater, Rockvale outlets and Tanger Outlets.
This is a ranch style home where everything is on one floor.
There is a master bedroom with a full private bath , 2 other bedrooms, the one has 2 twin beds and the other one a king size bed,and an additional full bathroom ,if you area light sleeper we have a sound machine in each bedroom to block out any noise, also a beautiful sunroom that has a pullout sofa and tv, and a family room with plenty of seating for everyone with a 48 inch tv for your entertainment.
Prepare delicious cooked meals in the fully equipped kitchen before gathering around the adjacent dining area for a fun family dinner...
There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer ,you will need to provide your own laundry soap. Also a built in ironing board.
Guests will also have access to a one car garage. there is a deck out back with a patio set and grill over looking a beautiful back yard.
We live in a beautiful neighborhood and have Amish living next door.Horse and buggies drive our road daily and you might possibly get to see them working in a field close by.
The house is surrounded by a big beautiful yard for you and your children to enjoy.
My husband and I live near by and would be happy to assist you in anyway.

The Sweet Comforts of Home Away from Home
Upon arrival we punched in the door code and walked into a beautifully decorated, pristine clean home filled with sunlight streaming in from the many windows throughout the house. There was a sense of comfort and quiet ambiance in each room. The beds were very comfortable as was the living room and family room furniture. The kitchen was well equipped with all that was needed to prepare a meal. Both bathrooms were well supplied with toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and plenty of towels. Although our stay was a long weekend (4 days) we are looking forward to returning. Thank you to Naomi and her family for sharing their lovely Lancaster home.

Our sisters weekend 2024
This house was soooo comfortable. Six retired siblings away for some shopping, dining, and fun; and that we did! One thing to mention is that the bench at the dining room table is not a great fit for women in their 60's and 70's. We switched out the bench for the 2 chairs by the fireplace so everyone could have their own seat. That worked great for us.

This was a wonderful home with everything as advertised. Very clean and comfortable with all amenities. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to see and do. All of us were very pleased with this home and would not hesitate to stay again if ever back in the area.

Perfect house
This house was perfect for us. I traveled with my 90 year old father, two sisters and our neighbors. I loved the whole flow of the house and it was very spacious. It was a short to the American Music Theater where we saw a show. We made great meals in the spacious kitchen and the table was great for playing cards and games. This vacation was a gathering of good friends who winter in the same park in Florida. We were very impressed with your Vrbo. The house was lovely inside and out. Very clean and well laid out. We enjoyed the outside as much as the inside. We were fascinated by the young Amish family next door, and we even drove up into the High School construction next door and spoke with a teacher that explained what was happening there. The location of your vrbo was great. We went to Sight and Sound, the Amish Experience, two great smorgasbords, as well as just touring the Amish countryside. We are talking about doing it again next year. Thank you for making our summer gathering so enjoyable.

Great Rental With Great Host
This is a great house if you want to disconnect from the daily craziness in life! The house was spotless, organized, and very well-maintained. Naomi and her husband were very responsive (although we had no issues), and we would go back next year!
