“I am giving three stars because I expected more from the presidential room we paid for. While the staff were welcoming and helpful, the hotel itself left much to be desired. A major issue was the lack of hot water for showers, which is unacceptable considering the price of the presidential suite. Additionally, there were very few amenities included for example, the boat ride was not part of the package, which was disappointing. “I love this hotel. First of all, the staff are the nicest and made our stay so comfortable and at ease. They help coordinate everything, and provided us the utmost service. The room was huge, clean and with amazing balcony. The bed were so comfortable and the AC was the greatest friend of all - helped us survive the 90 degree heat outside. I would recommend for all of you guys to stay in this hotel when in Granada, Nicaragua. I’m glad I chose this hotel.”

“This was by far our favorite place that we stayed on our trip to Nicaragua.
The staff went above and beyond to help us receive items we left at a previous hotel and provided translations.
The breakfast and laundry service were amazing. We have no complaints. Only good things to say about our stay. We will be staying here again.”
