“My husband and I found ourselves without a pet-sitter so needed a place where our two senior dogs could stay comfortably with us. They loved exploring the fenced-in backyard. The bedroom had black-out curtains, the HVAC system kept the temperature perfect, and the neighborhood was quiet, so we were able to leave them alone in the bedroom while we attended our planned event. “The property is in disrepair. The glass door before you can reach the lockbox with the key to open the home it’s not functional. I needed to find and object to pry open the glass door to get to the lockbox has a key to enter the house. Once in the house there is not silverware or dishware for two people to have a meal let alone four. There is no instructions to increase the temperature in the house so while I was there in Harvard between 60 Degrees and 65 if it was sunny outside”

“The farmhouse met the needs of our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens) perfectly. This older home has been lovingly maintained to give it a real farmhouse feel with modern comforts. There is 1 large bathroom on the main level (bedrooms are all upstairs) which could be challenging for those with mobility challenges, but was fine for us.
