Captain Black is right on the beachfront with plenty parking and multiple decks! The views from the inside are a must see. This house features a huge open living dining and kitchen area with 2 Ice boxes for extra storage room and lots of room to spread out. A deck off the kitchen door to watch the sunrise while drinking a cup of coffee, a deck for those wanting to tan and a covered deck facing the road side with a large table to sit outside. Take a look at the photos to see the updated renovations done. This location offers Wi-Fi and TV in Living room area, and two of the bedrooms. Lift available on request. Nearest golf cart crossover path is #4.0 Krantz Lane.

Note: Island Realty has no control over the Grand Isle Restoration project which may cause parts of the beach or crossover closings from time to time. The project as it is funded and overseen by USACE.
